At Coming Home, we believe in a world where immersive technology supports human healing.

Healing doesn't happen in a single session, and it doesn't stop when someone leaves the room. It happens in the moments in between. We build technology that stays present in those moments. Present for clients and care providers.

Care is a relationship, not a transaction, and both sides of it need support to thrive. When providers have the tools and time to do their best work, and clients have somewhere to turn between sessions, healing isn't left to chance. It happens the way it's supposed to: consistently, and together.

Chance Glasco

Co-Founder

Chance Glasco is a game industry veteran and entrepreneur, co-founder of Infinity Ward and an architect of the Call of Duty franchise. Before that, he worked on Medal of Honor with Steven Spielberg and DreamWorks, then co-founded Doghead Simulations, creator of the VR platform rumii, used in trauma therapy and education.

Chance's drive to build Coming Home traces back to his turbulent childhood in 1980s Oklahoma, where he saw firsthand how systems miss a child's full story between moments of crisis. Years later, a conversation about using VR to keep trafficking survivors connected to their therapists led him to co-found VR EVAL, the company behind Coming Home, building tools that help trauma-informed care providers see what happens between sessions, not just during them.

He is a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Climate Resilience Center. Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he speaks internationally on emerging technology.
